March 27, 2025
BUTLER - Area farmers and agriculture-related business owners are invited to join Reps. Marci Mustello (R-Butler) and Aaron Bernstine (R-Butler/Lawrence) for a Farmers Breakfast on Thursday, April 3, from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at American Legion Post 778, 150 Memorial Lane, Butler.
The event will feature guest speaker Pennsylvania Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding, who will provide valuable updates on issues impacting farmers in the Commonwealth. The Farmers Breakfast will also offer an opportunity for participants to ask questions and engage in discussions on critical agriculture matters.
A light breakfast will be available beginning at 9 a.m.
“As a member of the House Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, I am committed to supporting the success of our farmers in Butler County,” said Mustello. “This is a great opportunity for our local farmers to stay informed about the issues that directly affect them. We are excited to host Secretary Redding and to offer a space where farmers and business owners can voice their concerns and get the information they need to continue thriving in this essential industry.”
“Agriculture is the backbone of our community, and it’s vital we remain proactive in addressing the challenges our farmers face,” said Bernstine. “This breakfast offers a valuable opportunity for collaboration and discussion on the state resources available to our farmers, with insights from the state's top agricultural leader.”
The event is open to the public, but attendees must RSVP. To reserve a spot, residents can call Mustello’s district office at 724-283-5852 or visit RepMustello.com/events.
