Bernstine Says Youth Development Center in Lawrence County Is For Sale

ELLWOOD CITY – Rep. Aaron Bernstine (R-Beaver/Butler/Lawrence) issued the following statement to provide residents of the 10th District with an update about the sale of the Youth Development Center (YDC) property in Lawrence County:

“As business leaders from our area have continually shown interest in using the YDC property for additional job growth in our area, I was excited to learn from our legislative contact at the Department of General Services (DGS) today that the YDC is now for sale. I am excited to continue to work closely with quality businesses in our area that might be interested in this opportunity, and offer support to bidders that would create additional jobs and build our region.”
